This happened to our heroine when she returned home after a long day at work and barely recognized her own kitchen.
While she was at work, her husband decided to give their kitchen a complete makeover. He had a friend who sold furniture, which helped them choose between standard and hanging bedside tables.
These tables had a few scratches, but this allowed him to get a big discount.
To brighten up the kitchen, he added a beautiful floral-printed chipboard backsplash. The floor was still in good shape, so no changes were needed there.
