An unforgettable night at Wembley Stadium. NFL superstar Travis Kelce surprised his girlfriend Taylor Swift on stage during her concert.
What a fantastic surprise for all Taylor Swift fans at yesterday’s concert at London’s Wembley Stadium. During her third consecutive show in the British capital, Taylor Swift, 34, had planned something very special: On Sunday, June 23, she invited none other than her boyfriend Travis Kelce, 34, on stage to perform with her.
The NFL superstar appeared dressed in a tuxedo and top hat next to his girlfriend as she was just celebrating her outfit change for “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” live in front of the audience. As numerous social media videos show, Kelce first carried his partner across the stage and laid her down on a red couch. Normally, this part is performed by a dancer, but this time the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback stepped in himself, beaming with joy alongside his partner during his appearance.
Kelce’s additional tasks included fanning his girlfriend, who pretended to faint, and powdering her face. The audience immediately recognized that it was Travis Kelce himself and responded to the surprise appearance with cheers and applause. Before he left the stage with a smile, Kelce even performed a short dance move, then disappeared from Wembley Stadium’s view.
Taylor Swift Coming to Germany in July
Just on Friday evening, Taylor Swift posted a photo from the stadium’s backstage area with Kelce, Prince William, 42, and his children Prince George, 10, and Princess Charlotte, 9. The British heir to the throne attended the first of Taylor Swift’s three current London concerts with his children on his birthday.
The American superstar is currently on a major European tour. In July, Swift will perform seven times in Germany – in Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, and Munich. The tour will then conclude in August with five more concerts at Wembley Stadium in London. In the fall, Swift and her entourage will continue in North America.
