Freya was excited to start her new life with her husband at his family’s beautiful estate, which looked like something out of a fairy tale. But not long after moving in, something strange happened.

With Valerie’s support, Freya confronted her husband’s family. “Is this true?” his father asked, looking straight at his son. The husband’s silence was all the answer they needed. The family acted quickly, deciding to redirect his inheritance to support Elena and her child, effectively disinheriting him.
Freya went through with the divorce and was awarded the possessions that had been meant for her husband. With the help of Valerie and her former mother-in-law, she used the money to start a charity for children with disabilities.
By transforming her pain into something meaningful, Freya ensured that her heartbreaking discovery led to something good for others.
