Season 26 of The Voice kicked off this week with a fresh lineup of judges, and fans are buzzing! This season brings together a star-studded panel that includes music icons Snoop Dogg, Michael Bublé, Reba McEntire, and Gwen Stefani.

While fans may already know Reba and Gwen from previous seasons (with Reba taking home the win in Season 25), this is the first time Snoop and Bublé have stepped into the role of coaches.

To make their big debut, the four judges teamed up for an incredible performance of The Eagles’ rock anthem Heartache Tonight. It was their way of setting the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable season. Each coach put their own spin on the classic, and the result was a powerful collaboration that had the audience roaring with excitement. It definitely worked to get everyone fired up.

But along with the excitement, there was some drama too—especially when it came to Gwen Stefani’s fashion choices. More on that in a bit, but first, let’s talk about Snoop’s surprise vocals!

Known around the world as a rap legend, Snoop Dogg stunned the crowd with his singing abilities during the performance. Fans couldn’t believe what they were hearing, and social media exploded with reactions. “I didn’t know Snoop could sing?!!! I know him as a rapper,” one fan tweeted.

Another chimed in with, “Snoop has a great voice. Very smooth—just like him.” One particularly enthusiastic fan posted, “I am SHOOKETH! They really got some excellent vocals out of Snoop.”

While Snoop was basking in praise for his unexpected talent, Gwen Stefani found herself in the hot seat—but not for her performance. Some viewers weren’t happy with what she wore during the show. Social media users didn’t hold back, with one person posting, “Why can’t Gwen wear proper clothing?

Is it a show for youngsters, or only adults? It’s disgusting.” Another critic said, “Gwen is too old to dress like a teenager. Time to have class like Reba—always dressed like a star with class.” Harsh, right?

There were even more mixed reactions, with one viewer commenting, “Snoop and Reba are best singing together. Gwen needs to go and dress like a class lady. Michael is good.” Despite the criticism, it’s clear that the judges’ musical talents shined through, and the chemistry between them promises to keep viewers hooked.

With such diverse backgrounds—rap, pop, country, and jazz—this season’s lineup of judges is sure to bring some thrilling performances and unexpected moments. If the opening night is anything to go by, audiences are in for a wild ride!
