A fellow passenger recorded the tense moment on video, showing the flight attendant trying to reason with the man. The passenger, whose face was not visible in the footage, responded with a sharp question: “Why are you yelling?”

Clearly frustrated, the flight attendant shot back, “Because you are yelling at us!”

Determined to stand her ground, she added, “I am so sorry, sir, but you do not talk to the crew like that. I am peacefully listening to you with all due respect, but you have to respect the crew as well.”

Instead of calming down, the passenger demanded to know how he had disrespected the crew. The flight attendant pointed out that he had been aggressively pointing his finger at them. At this point, the argument intensified. When the man shouted, “Shut up!”, the flight attendant, unable to hold back any longer, fired back:

“You shut up! I’m sorry, but you cannot talk to me like that… I am an employee, I am not your servant.”

Her voice trembled with frustration, but her words were firm. After delivering her final response, she adjusted her face mask, turned around, and walked away, with her colleague following closely behind.
