I’ve always loved theater, and I admire anyone who has the courage to sing or perform on stage. It’s not easy! Even adults need years of practice and training to feel confident performing in front of people.
But guess what? One of the most amazing performers I’ve ever seen isn’t even an adult. He’s just three years old! That’s right—a little boy who’s already wowing audiences with his incredible talent.
A video of this young star singing the National Anthem has gone viral, with nearly half a million views. It’s clear that people everywhere are amazed by what he can do!
Meet Drake Winslow. At just three years old, he became the youngest person ever to sing the National Anthem at a School Day game in Syracuse, New York. This wasn’t a small event either—Drake performed in front of a huge crowd of 6,000 people!
Drake’s performance was absolutely perfect. The audience was so impressed that they gave him a standing ovation, cheering loudly for the little superstar. His mom, Chelsea, was right there with him, standing behind him for support. After the performance, she said, “I just think he’s too little to realize how big of a deal it is.”
Chelsea explained how they keep things simple for Drake. “We try not to talk about it too much and just stay calm for him,” she said. “No one asks him if he’s nervous. Honestly, I don’t think he even knows what being nervous means!”
Drake’s love for singing started at home. According to his mom, he has always loved singing around the house. And his favorite song? The Star-Spangled Banner! Chelsea said he’s been singing it since he was very young, and it’s clear that he’s a natural.
After his big moment, Drake is already excited to sing the National Anthem again! Tip Hero shared that he’s eager for another chance to perform his favorite song.
If you haven’t seen Drake’s amazing performance yet, you’re in for a treat. Watch the video below and get ready to be blown away by this tiny but mighty superstar!
